To ensure a pleasant visit for everyone, we provide the following information and guidelines. We kindly ask you to follow them and wish you an enjoyable visit!
Plan your visit:
- The museum is open every day except Monday. Ticket sales end at 4:00 p.m., and the last entry with a ticket is at 4:15 p.m.
- Tickets can be purchased for specific time slots at the reception desk or online. Please print your tickets in advance or keep them ready on your mobile device.
- Multimedia guides are included in the entrance fee.
- Photography is allowed in the galleries, but only without flash.
- Lockers are available for use. If your luggage is too large for a locker, you may leave it in the unattended cloakroom on the ground floor at your own risk.
- Due to a lift outage, access to the museum is currently limited for visitors with reduced mobility.
- The museum shop is accessible to everyone free of charge.
- The restaurant on the top floor is currently closed for renovation.
