DUE DI DUO, the piano duo formed by Caterina Roberti and Salvatore Sclafani, presents its CD 'Rameau, Respighi: Airs Galants'. They will play transcriptions of Renaissance and Baroque music for piano four hands. They will play suites 1 and 2 from Antiche Danze ed Arie per liuto by Ottorino Respighi (1879-1936) and, in a world premiere, the transcription by Léon Roques (1839-1923) of Airs de ballet from Les Indes Galantes by Jean-Philippe Rameau (1683-1764).
