A London-based group of international musicians, led by outstanding vocalist Rahima Mahmut, who perform the traditional music of the Central Asian Uyghurs. This is the first stop on their Six Cities European tour, named in honour of the Six Cities (Altishahr) that ring the Taklimakan desert. The tour aims to connect communities and revitalise Uyghur culture across Europe.
